The State of Ship Building

30 minutes

This panel will address the challenges the service and the industry have faced, and how they’re addressing those obstacles for the future.

Operating in Littorals

30 minutes

The Marine Corps is in the midst of a multiyear modernization campaign to focus on amphibious operations and ready itself for a potential war with China. One of the most high-profile changes is a focus on the littoral zone—including new Marine Littoral Regiments and new tech designed for operating in shallow coastal waters. Join Defense One in a discussion with Marine leaders in the Pacific about how the service is preparing for operations in the littorals.
